Dear Sir. Brady:

The reason why I am writing to you is to tell you that I am very annoyed. For the last three months I have been suffering a serious illness called hepatitis B as consequence of the environmental and noise pollution. My family and I live in a very poor zone of Palmira which is located in front of a rubbish dump. It causes many illnesses due to the strong smell. Moreover we cannot sleep well. We, also have health problems because many rubbish vehicles arrive to the rubbish dump every day. When they arrive, they produce much noise. For this reason, I wanted to ask you for help and that of your government.  So you all can give me a solution with your political power. The Colombian governments do not want help me because my problem is not important to them. Already the government said that for them it is more important to find a solution for the guerrilla warfare. I believe that this problem is very simple to solve. Only moving the rubbish dump to an inhabitable place. The government and the townspeople will not have problems again. I do not have resources to solve this solution by myself. I hope you can help me solve the problem please do not be like my country`s government.
